Hello and welcome to the forum :)

I take it you are under the care of a GI and they organised the scope? When will you next have an appt to get the biopsy results? Have they mentioned anything about any meds or do you have to wait until you see them again? What symptoms have you been specifically getting? Have you made and changes in what you eat at all?

There is a lot of helpful info and support here so do have a good look around.

Hey there jockess and welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear it looks like you may have Crohn's Disease :(

Who specifically in your family already has Crohn's?

The best advice I can give is to educate yourself as much as you can about every facet of Crohn's disease you can. Everything from treatment options to extraintestinal manifestations, to dietary approaches, etc. It's a steep learning curve but we're happy to help you as much as we can. This education will allow you to advocate for yourself to ensure you get the level of care you deserve.

We're here for you.
