New to Vapourizing

I have finally decided (some weeks back) that I am going to try MJ for treating my Crohns

I have had a resection, tried Imuran, Asacol, Budesonide among others and nothign has worked.

I used to enjoy smoking weed when I was younger and it wasnt until I gave up in 2008 then the crohns systoms appeared and I was diagnosed.

I have just purchased a Pax Bloom Vape and ready to go. I am going to have to go easy as I havent smoked in such a long time, a small hit will be enough.

I am going to be trying mainly Indica stains as I hear they are better than the Sativa strains.

Just wondering if anybody has any advice, tips and tricks to keep things descret from young children, storage ect ect.

Havent tried it yet. In my state MM just became legal so no Doctors are licensed to prescribe it nor are any dispensaries open. Once I am able to get a script (God willing) then I will look more closely into purchasing a vap.

Keep me updated on how it works for you. What you like about it, what you dont, etc.

I keep my vaporizer above my garage. There is a large room up there with open vents on either end. My husband makes sure my son doesn't come looking for me when I need to medicate. Vaporizing is less smelly than smoking, but there is still a smell. I use hand sanitizer and gum before returning to the house. My son is 13 and would probably understand if I had to explain it, but I'd rather not. MMJ has recently become legal in my state (no dispensaries or docs yet) and I will pursue a card, but even then I probably wouldn't want my son to know unless he had to.

I recommend a pen vaporizer with a dry herb chamber. Here is a link to the one I use currently. Very discreet and easy to use and hide. Both of my sons (ages 8 & 18) know that I use it for my crohn's. They saw the change in my health and attitude very shortly after I started to use it. They are happy to have their dad back.

The Pax is a great unit. I use one myself when I am away from home. I must say that the slowed colon motility is great for allowing food to absorb easier. It definitely is not a cure however if used correctly it will facilitate healing.

I returned the Pax as I did not like it much but now have an Arizer Solo - which is awesome.

Not too sure if it helps but it certainly does not do any harm

I have a little pen vape that I use. Just got it last month My stash I keep hidden in my garage, it's also where I go to medicate. it's off limits to my daughter so I don't worry about her finding out
