Newbie to Remicade...need your help

My son had his first Remicade infusion one week ago, and thankfully all went well. Now a week later he has a headache and says he feels a bit dizzy. No other symptoms, no fever or chills, not nauseous except that his head hurts. I'm thinking this could be a side effect but what to do for him????
Did try Tylenol but that didn't help
I would really appreciate any thoughts on what to try

Sorry no experience with that with my son on Remicade. We were told though to call for any side effects after 1st infusion just to make GI aware. The nurse said if it was weekend to call and let on call GI know.

They also sent home a sheet with side effects to look for and when(ie first 24 hours, within 7 days etc.)

Hope he starts to feel better.
