Not enough MTX for son's injection tonight. Can I wait til morning to give it?

I'm in a bit of a panic... I forgot to pick up my son's MTX at the pharmacy this week, and I have less than half of what I need for his injection tonight. How could I have forgotten this?!?! The pharmacy is now closed, and so is the GI clinic. The printed info I have on MTX says it is possible to wait up to 2 days to give your scheduled injection, and I can pick it up first thing tomorrow. Is it ok to wait to give him the injection in the morning?

Ummm! Because you are human and juggling 5,000 tings at once! IDK about injections but I totally spaced on O's methotrexate tablets once and the doc said perfectly fine to give the next day and further fine to return the regular day the next week.

We have given DS's humira shot a day late
It just may affect your next shot date so ask your Gi if it changes Next weeks shot

Thank you! Hubby is picking up med now. Shot to be administered shortly. Thank you for your advice! I was actually able to sleep last night without worrying. I appreciate it!
