Last visit to my doctor, I was really disappointed. I had bad results. I go toilet a lot and I can't sleep well. I don't know what should I do. Should I go to another doctor or what..? I had surgery 7 months ago. I thought everything is ganna be okay, but now everything is going worst and worst and worst! If that keeps going, I will have another surgery sooner I think. Sorry to read this but really I feel bad and very sad.

I'm sorry to here you've not had much luck with your doctor :( If you're unhappy with them, you should definitely change. Having a chronic illness, you're probably going to have to see your doctor a lot and you really need one thats going to listen and help you. I hope you get some relief soon!

try reducing your lactose and sucrose intake. this may reduce your symptoms. this is how i control the majority of my diarhea symptoms.this is partly derived from the Specific Carbohydrate diet which is a diet to manage IBD and other intestinal diseases. switch from milk to cheese mozzeralla is very low in lactose. Avoid most fruits, eliminate all refined sugars like white sugar and corn syrup.

i found an herb that contains resveratrol supresses a great deal of my symptoms, i only use 1/8 of a capsule, any higher and i get some side effects.

ive never had any major issues liek blockages or requiring surgery and never used drugs for 5 years since being diagnosed. and my symptoms of diarhea have always been under control i have one normal bm every day. when i "relapse" its like like a little bit of mucus. i have got my regimin so perfected i havent seen any blood for like 2 years.

this exactly what i take,
http://www.iherb.com/Doctor-s-Best-...=0&lc=en-US&w=resveratrol&rc=449&sr=null&ic=6

i divide one capsule into 8 empty capsules.
$12.95 for 1.5 years supply. cant go wrong.

get back to me if you decide to try this advice and see if this helps reduce any of your symptoms!! fo course, this will not cure you.

i prefer this over turmeric, but when i get a higher levels of symtptoms i will up the dose for 1-2 days and it will eliminate whatever new bacteria i have encountered the increased my symptoms.

Unfortunately I'm getting worse. 3 months ago my doctor recommended me to take a course of prednisone, and then I felt better, but I got feeling I would get worse later. Exactly that what is happening with me now.

I did colonoscopy on 5-22-14 which is the third time in just one year. I have a pain on the right side and sometimes I see blood when I go to the toilet, so that's why I did this test. The result will be in the end of this week. Also I did CT scan and everything was fine.

I've been taking Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen for about 3 months because of the pain.
It's really being annoying, and I can't focus on my school. I can't stop thinking about it, and how I'm getting wore.

You may need to go back on prednisone for awhile longer. Are you on any other medication? Most of us are on maintenance medications like 5-ASAs, immunosuppressants, or biologics.

I'm on alot of medicine that I think it doesn't work.
LIALDA 4x1.2 mg
Imuran 3x50 mg
omeprazole 20 mg
Cimzia 2 injections each 2 weeks ( I was on Humira)
Vitamin D and Calcium
Iron

I also think perhaps you need to get a second opinion. It is really important to have faith in your GI. Is it definitely a flare? I have constant diarrhoea as a result of removal of most of my colon.
