So I haven't been around for a few days. I had a touch of the flu...ick! Well, as we all know, the lovely Big D comes with such an event, and for me this is a rare occasion. So, when it got really bad and liquid (I've never had pure liquid before!) I channeled all you fine folks! I thank God for this forum or I wouldn't have known what to do. I leaked through 4 appliances in 1 day! Then I remembered the free stuff I had - some strip paste that I had no idea how to use...lol I just kinda winged it and slapped the paste around my stoma and hoped for the best. It actually worked!! It didn't make my belly feel better, but it did keep my stuff in place.

So, for those of you that have to deal with the liquid from hell every day, I salute you. I panicked, then I remembered all your good advice to everyone and made it through :)

YaY!! Glad you found something that worked! Are you feeling better?
(I *LOVE* strip paste!)

I feel much, much better thanks :) I haven't pooped for 2 days...lol I think I emptied my entire system out this week...it was kinda gross...lol

Glad you are feeling a bit better Cindy! I have that liquid poo thing frequently and I appreciate all the ileosta's too! Is that a word...well, yes a new one.

Ileosta's. Yep its now a word. As is colosta's. :)
Glad you are feeling better Cindy and very glad all the ileosta's trials and tribulations were of use to you. :) :) :)
