Omg what is that on my bum???

Ok, WOW!! Im shocked at what I just discovered....please excuse me for my graphic detail, but I need some help here people!! I have been suffing with several bathroom trips daily and ofcourse my bum has become sore and well I have a few hemmies that bother me. So Ive been having like this feeling of tissue splitting when Im going the bathroom. So Ive been trying to feel the area and over the last few weeks its like I have a tunnel going from back of my anus up thru my but cheeks. So I got out the mirror and OMG!! There is like a tunneling happening in the skin, but I have like 20 little holes, or sores...or something......WTH?!?! WHY....really?? Oh man, this is crazy. Im on Prednisone and Remicade...dont those drugs help this kind of thing....Im about to loose my flippin mind....OMG!! So its itching, burning, bleeding and ozing....wow!! Im floored....what do I do...cream or something to make it go away?:ymad:

Some sort of skin drying along with the above guess?

It could just be sore dry cracked skin, but you could also have fistulas. Time to see the doc I think!

Yes, time to see a doctor - could be fissures and/or fistulas....hoping for 'just' fissures and dry skin!

I second this! You're describing exactly what I have when my fistula/low bowel flares. Give your GI a call for sure, and get you some Calmoseptine! It's the best cream ever, you have to ask for it behind the counter at a pharmacy or Walmart.

The verdict is.....Fissures!! YAY, not fistula thank goodness....I have some creams that I apply and things are definately feeling better today. Thanks guys~

Dear Bev - dont panic as its most likely Perianal disease with fistula. I had those before my surgery. I was treated with Cimzia and antibiotics and it went away after 3 weeks.

Seriously - glad no fistulas were diagnosed - and glad you have cream that is working already!
