Ongoing chest cold time for Humira

2 weeks ago I started my Humira. Did the 4 dose entry. Tomorrow I have to inject 2 more doses. Immediately after the first I developed a chest cold. It is not going away. I am a 40mg Prednisone to keep my current flare up in check.

I am nervous about taking the next dose of Humira tomorrow morning. I get sinus infections once a year that resemble what I have now. Is it too risky to hit the next dose of Humira in the morning?

I'd call your dr because it's important especially when starting to stay on schedule but you don't want to get sicker.

Our rule of thumb
Fever or infection auto call the doc every single time

Sometimes we hold for a week or more other times twenty fours hours and other times not at all just depends

Didn't hear from the GI today. She'll probably call tomorrow. Gonna wait for the next injection before she does.

On a better note, bleeding has stopped. And I actually had a normal stool for once in like 2 years. Followed by more sandy diarrhea, but hey no complaints here.

Even though sick today, also made it to work without cramping and the urge to pull over. That is rare as well.
