meaning not taking steroids?
not taking meds of any kind...? prescription meds..?

You mean an organic diet? If so yes I have been organic for years and will continue to be but don't see how that has a direct link to disease activity.

For a lot of patients, going without medications isn't an option. It makes our chance of getting a flare much greater, and we probably won't stay in remission as long. My Crohn's is very severe and I have to be on heavy-duty medication, or I will probably land myself back in the hospital again.

Whenever I got off medication no matter what I ate I would start bleeding within the week.
