Over the counter pain medication

What is a good over the counter pain medication. I don't have insurance and need something that will work in the mean time.

Tylenol is the only safe one since NSAIDS are dangerous for people with IBD.

Tylenol (or store brand acetaminophen) is my goto. I try to stay away from Ibuprofen as it is a NSAID but use it only if I have to to bridge between tylenol doses
