Pain.. pain go away come again another day

I'm up late and can't sleep because my rectal stump hurts( ha ha sounds funny)! I have no pain medication doctor wont give me any because he feels it won't help me or help that area. I just want some relief. I wish my doctor would help me. Shower doesn't help me. Also I'm bleeding a lot tonight. Tylenol is a joke. I feel I'm having contractions deep in my butt/lower back area. :sign0085::frown:

Maria, it sure sounds like a flare. And I know they diagnosed you with UC, but (pardon the pun) I think you need to be seen again...pronto.

It's been going on since about 2 months after my ileostomy a year ago. I've told the Dr so many times even took him to the bathroom with me so he can see for himself. They did biopsys and seen how bad it's bleeding even admit it but they say as long as my blood levels are ok then I really we shouldnt worry about it( hehe easy for him to say, he doesnt have to live with it). They told me they messed up and shouldnt have done my surgery in the first place and now I'm waiting for them to fix it(j-pouch) They keep putting it off. So now I feel alone and don't know where to turn.
