Pain under ribs on right side

Hi all

Hoping for some advice.

Been having a throbbing pain under my ribs on right side for the last few hours, feels similar to having a 'stitch'. Its not tender or sore to touch and I can easily tolerate it.

The right hand side of my neck is becoming stiff and sore too, again not worryingly painful and I can easily tolerate.

wondering if its a possible side effect of my prednisolone (currently reducing - on 30mg daily)

any advice appreciated. Feel free to tell me Im worrying over nothing as thats the answer I would prefer hahaha

When reducing on pred you can have an assortment of side effects Rub both the places of aches and see if that helps. If your pain begins to subside, it is most likely nothing to worry about. However, do make sure to tell your doc, as a precaution!

I have pain like that and it did not subside, actually scheduling to get gallbladder out in the next two weeks. Get it checked out if does not go away. good luck.
