Hey Gra,
- Go to settings on the blue tool bar under the Crohn's forum logo. Click on it
- Scroll down the menu on the left hand side of the page. The third heading is Settings and Options. Right underneath that heading the first option is Edit Avatar. Click on that and you should then be able to upload a file from your computer or choose a URL.
- You may have to resize it if it is too large. Don't forget to save it!
