Possible Fistula? - Near belly button - is this possible?

I have a sore on my scar from a previous resection of my TI - 20years ago.
The sore doesnt seem to just be on the surface.. I can feel it is sore deeper. could it be a Fistuala?

The scar is around my belly button.

I had my gaul bladder removed a year ago and there is a keyhold scar in the same place.

Ive been having pain in the region of my TI for over a year. A barium a year back shows I have a 7cm stricture in the same place as before.. that is what I can feel. Sometimes I have to push at it.. but more recently it is sore all the time.

Any advice welcome.
My problem is Im living in the middle east and have no healthcare.. so Ihave to travel back to the UK to get a check up - which could take months. I have one in June.. but that is a while off.. should I go get this looked at or wait? Financial situation currrently isnt good.

The sore is red - a little crusty in the middle and about 1cm diameter.

It could be a fistula but I betting it could be scar tissue, and nothing will take that away, unless you are on fluids. You could have an abscess, but whatever it is I would get it checked out. The sooner you catch whatever it is , the better for you long term. Just to be safe ok .
