Post OP Pain - help :(

Hi guys, day 5 since my permanent colostomy and ive been switched to oral pain meds but theres 2 issues killing me , I havent had a BM yet only gas despite all ive been eating and ive been having a crazy sore cramping pain where my diseased intestine was. I cant even sleep flat. Those with experience give me some advice plz much love.

Hi. Pain is normal. The pain meds may be causing constipation. Call the doc. He/she may change meds or give you a mild laxative. Hope you get releif soon.
