It's my friends 18th next month. I've never been drunk before and want the experience. Alcohol seems to have no effect on my Crohns (neither does popcorn, which other people have issues with!)
However, I will probably be on a very lose dose of pred still. I'm talking very low. I'm not an ASBO child and I'm not stupid, but I was wondering if it would be ok to drink a couple of alcoholic drinks on 1mg of prednisone a day. I've googled all my other meds and theyre all fine with pred, and lots of people seem to throw caution to the wind and go on full on binges whilst on high doses of pred. I would never be so silly, obviously. I don't drink regularly and won't be going anywhere near alcohol for probably another whole year! Would it be ok for me to have several alcohol beverages on 1mg of pred?
