Prescriptions are driving me bonkers

I'm sure I'm not the only one who's been dealing with prescriptions and insurance changes with the new laws taking effect. My company changed insurance carriers to reduce costs since they pay for 100% of my insurance. Prior to this I had Coventry, which isn't the best but I'm finding out covered a whole lot more. I'm trying to qualify for some assistance to pay for medication but right now my co-pay for Pentasa is $250/mo and Humira is at $650/mo. I had a prescription savings with both before and was paying $55 and $5 respectively. It's be very frustrating dealing with mail order pharmacies, the insurance company and on top of that my doctors assistant left a few weeks ago so I've spoken with half a dozen RNs to try to get my prescriptions sent off. I've gotten to my breaking point and just about had a full melt down the other day. I'm really trying everything I can to hold it together but if the copay assistance doesn't work I'm really not sure what I'm going to do.

Have you looked into patience assistance programs? Often drug companies offer them. I know Pentasa does, as I have looked into that for myself. I'm pretty sure Humira does, but a google search would tell you for sure.
