does anyone know when they started using the Prometheus test?

It has been around for quite a while.....I had it done back in the late 1990's.....

If you haven't had it yet and they plan on doing it, make sure your insurance will cover it. My insurance did not they said it was experimental. It was close to $1500.00.

I won't have that test done for that reason. It is not a very reliable test and your medical ins while not paying for it, can refuse to pay for anything related to CD care should it be a false
negative.
