Psyllium for leaks

Hey guys I suffer with a bit of anal leakage it's like a watery mucus substance I was wondering from all I've read about psyllium absorbing liquid will it help with my leakage problems I need to wear a pad all day long as I'll be sitting in my chair and can feel leakage starting and need to bolt to the toilet

My bet with this is that it won't.

The mucus isn't coming from somewhere that the fiber will ever get to and absorb it.
