Question about constipation?

Hey guys. I just have a question for crohns sufferers, as there's a chance I might have it too. I've suffered a couple anal fissure the last 2 years, I saw a gp 4 months ago and he told me to take movicol so I've been on movicol for about 3 months which really helps with my pain, I'm seeing a crs and he gave me diazatem cream ( sorry about my spelling).. anyway the last week or so I have been pooping once a day , the BMs are solid but not hard at alll, quite soft. Only problem is it seems like I'm pooping less than I should be, and st night time I get gas which is quite annoying. Had anyone else suffered anything similar? I'm worried I have a bowel obstruction, but I'm still pooping every day just not as much as I think should be coming out? I have read that if you have a bowel blockage you can have run off which is watery diarrhea, I definetely don't have watery diarrhea but it just doesn't seem like enough is coming out.. maybe half of a third of what I would call normal

Its normal to have variations in one's daily output. Sometimes the system slows down, and for some people they don't always have a BM every day. Then there are the days when the body wants to eliminate and it appears that volume is excessive for the amount of food ingested.
