Question on healing after surgery

Hi Team

I had a Operation on 3 Month ago For fistula, 1st May 2015 at Civil Hospital, Its take 3 month but still I have healed from out side, but at Inside Its not healed,

So what should i have to do for batter healing, and How much time it will take, still the whole is i can say the first finger ius easily going inside, Doctor said that the root is healed and Out side is healed but not in between??

Hi jayesh, iv found an extra boast of vitamin c is good for healing of skin, may be worth a try...check with doc though!!
