Questions to ask gastroenterologist

I've got an appointment with my gastro tomorrow I'm going to be telling him a lot of what has happened, but is there anything in particular that I should ask him??

Discuss symptoms, whether the azathioprine is still appropriate and if there is anything else you can do to improve.

I'd ask him about more regular follow up, making sure he knows all the latest developments , the possibility of a higher aza dose or a different medication, and see if any testing needs repeating - especially bloods for any deficiencies
