I have been suffering from really bad dehydration lately, I have been drinking a lot but it just seems to go right through me so it's like my body isn't even trying to re-hydrate itself . I get really dizzy, when I get up anytime during the day even sometimes at night I have to lean against something before I even think about moving, I don't even get up very fast .
Anyone have any ideas/tips on what I could do??
