Remicade

I was diagnosed in 95 I think , when through up an down. Just started remicade cos of anal fitstula bleeding. Have taken I think 5 to 6 treatments but the fitstula still remains. It’s so embarrassing to put a tissues or a pampaers then my underwear. Was hoping this meds will help so far NO but it cost a bomb. Lost my family to this illness n now I met a beautiful girl who accepted me for who I am. I want to provide a good life so can someone tell me why this remicade does not cure my fistula. I am from Malaysia and I am taking this treatment at Subang Jaya Medical Centre, in Kl
