Severe agony

It's 330am and I was fast asleep on my stomach and just awoke to Severe lower abdominal agonizing pain.. it feels like very very very bad gas pains without the gas..
I've had this happen two or three times before and it always ends the same, me walking around the house and sitting on the toilet not able to pass anything begging for it to stop...

I feel your pain! I have been awake since 3 am because my stomach started acting up I had to take some pain meds and now can't get back to sleep

Yes it was a very rough night.. I was up at 330 with sharp severe pains and couldn't get back to sleep either!!
