Sharp stabbing pain after Remicade infusion

Well, this started yesterday after my remicade - and I can't remember it occuring before.....

I have a sharp, stabbing pain in my left lower quadrant that comes and goes....it is not enough for me to jump, or to disable me in any way (yet, at least) - it is more annoying than anything.....

Feels like someone is jabbing me with a small knife inside - little, annoying jabs.....not like the agonizing abdominal cramps assoc. with a flare....

This is on the same side that I have the sore spot in my groin, just a bit further in toward my middle.....

I'm hoping it goes away on its' own - and is nothing serious......I do have a Dr. appt on Monday for a regular checkup and to discuss next colonoscopy......will ask then.....

Oh - I am finishing up my period too - but don't remember having this happen before....

Hi Paso, I get that once in a blue moon, usually right after... a couple of times felt like sheet lightening... for lack of a better word. Could be spasms, I use antispasmotics but very very rare...they usually go away afterwards. I would definitely ask your doctor about. Hope you get some answers and I wanna know too!
