I can't believe I spent the past 20 minutes or so going through the kitchen and looking at the nutrition info on all the cereal boxes and some of the canned goods...
I found out that Special K cereal contains both Iron and Vitamin E..
Iron causes vitamin E to Oxidize, so they say not to take the both together, maybe this explains why I feel a bit nautious if I eat special K...
I posted a couple of questions in Ontariomom's thread about her nutritionist appt.. I am going to make a list myself to send to my nutritionist too...
I thought maybe we can use this thread as a workspace to try and figure out what foods, cereals, etc contain conflicting minerals and vitamins (meaning a combination of things which are not meant to be taken at the same time such as the Iron and Vitamin E)
