Sore throat and colonoscopy?

can you still have a colonoscopy if you have a sore throat???

I suppose it depends on what is causing the sore throat. If it's just the beginnings of a cold my guess it will be fine. If it is suspected to be some serious infection or other serious condition they may wish to clear that up before proceeding with any additional medical procedures.

^I agree. Maybe get it checked out at a walk in clinic or your family doc if you are concerned it is more than a cold.
