I have never had sores in my mouth. (I know..lucky me). Anyway today all of the sudden my toungue and roof of my mouth start hurting. My tongue has tiny pin point red spots on both sides and on top of the tongue. The top of my roof are pea side red circles which I assumed are sores too.
If u had sores is red normal vs white for a score ? I upped my dose of amitriptyline 3 weeks ago (for fibro) so not sure if this is IBD related or medication related
