Good luck Ed! I'm on it as well (an insane amount for my weight- 250mg)

It's really pretty simple if your body tolerates it, just another pill.

I'm taking 100 mg to start.

I'd really like it to work, obviously. The Rheumatologist wants to try it before proceeding to biologics.

175mg a day for the past 8 1/2 years worked flawlessly until this past May (when it just started losing its effectiveness and no longer worked). But prior to that, it was the only medication I had been on to control my Crohn's and kept me in complete remission during this time. No side effects either and white blood cell count was always normal!
