To me stomach sloshing is when you are lying down and you jiggle the area of your abdominal wall where your stomach is and you hear liquid sloshing around. I'm still dealing with a stricture/narrowing of some kind just down from my stomach. Late in the day I get distended and some mild pain. I am eating 3 decent meals a day and a snack. I am also moving my bowels daily which seem quite normal. I hear the sloshing hours after eating. This morning (and other mornings too) I still hear some sloshing 11 hours since I last had anything to eat (was a granola bar and an Ensure). Surely this is not the Ensure I had last night?!?
2 weeks ago I had to fast and prep for a Colonscopy. After I had it done that morning, I started eating again. 2 days later I had a decent bowel movement which seems right on schedule.
So food is moving through. Why am I getting sloshing in the morning before eating/drinking anything?
