Stomach swelling

Hi everyone just looking for some advice. My stomach is swollen everyday and as the day goes on it get harder. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to get the swelling to go down?

I used to bloat quite badly. I went on the FODMAP diet, which was developed for IBS at a university in Australia. I found out what some of my problem foods were, and feel much better now. Worth a try. :ghug:

Hi Lucylou, I read on your other post you were on steroids. Your belly swelling may be a result of that. Low salt diet sometimes helps. Best wishes!

I'm bloated every day ! It's not bad if I am at home in my jammies with a loose elastic waistband. But when I wear regular clothes I feel miserable. My GI recommended an OTC called phazyme. I have not purchased it yet.
