Hi, Josephine!

I'm sorry you're having a tough time. I hope things get better for you soon.

May I ask why you eat gluten free? Do you have Celiac's, or does it help with your Crohn's symptoms?

How long have you been gluten free? Do the family members you're talking about know about your health conditions and your diet? Maybe discussing it with them could help.
