Sudden new abdominal pain..?

Hello!
I have been diagnosed for coming up to three years now and am currently on azathioprine and infliximab.

I had my recent infliximab infusion yesterday, which was shortened down from over two hours to one hour.

Today I have discovered a strange abdominal pain that I have not felt before - almost like a strained muscle in the centre?..

I plan on getting a doctor's appointment in the morning as I suspect it may be an infection (made worse by the infusion yesterday)..any ideas??

What makes you believe it to be a symptom of infection?
Why was your infusion cut short?
Can you describe the pain a little bit more?
