This question is for all you weightlifters/stand-in-the-mirror-posing-naked-when-nobodys-home-except-the-cat-but-who-cares-its-a-freakin-cat people.

A few years ago, after quite a lot of time of hitting plateaus with my workouts and no longer seeing gains in my weight/muscularity, I caved in and bought one of those giant tubs of powder that promise MAXIMUM WEIGHT GAIN, MAXIMUM RESULTS ARRRRHHHHH!!! You know, the ones with the giant red lettering that even the legally blind could read. Well, despite my skepticism, the stuff worked great. Even my trainer said something along the lines of "is it just me, or have you gotten bigger? Not as big as me, of course, but still noticeable. Now check out these guns."

This was all pre-UC, of course. Now I use the safe stuff, like egg white protein, MetRx bars, etc, but it just doesn't work as well and I'm finding myself tempted by the magic potion once again. But I've got my mind on my colon and my colon on my mind, and the weight gainers have millions of ingredients and I can pronounce about 3 of them. So yeah, I'm pretty cautious at how my vengeful body will react, even though i am in remission. I'm just curious as to whether anyone would recommend it based on their experience, or maybe try half the suggested serving and work my way up if all goes well. thanks!
