Support Groups

I just wanted to tell everyone Caitlyn went yesterday to a new Crohn's and Colitis teen support group that just started here. (so far only Caitlyn and one other girl are in it) Caitlyn loved meeting another girl with Crohn's and they met for an hour. It was a great experience for both of them. I wanted to tell you all about it I highly reccomend if you could do something like that where you live. The girl and her Mom organized it. The Mom and I talked while the girls met and it was a good experience for us as well.

That's great that Caitlyn was able to meet someone. Did they hit it off well? Hopefully, this will be the start of a beautiful friendship for them.

Yes they really hit it off their stories were very similar. They were even both diagnosed at age 11.

That's wonderful! We all would love to have what she has just discovered.
