Every bone aches... Hurts when i breathe, hurts when i eat, hurts when i lay down. I feel bloated.. Every inch of me.
I have been having some issues with Crohns the past few weeks, i havent had any issues in almost a year.
Forgot how bad the pains were... But whats new, is the joint and body aches.
Hot shower doesnt cure it... heating pad... nothing.
Im hungry, but im scared to eat.
Im in so much pain, im rude to people... and im not a rude person.
Fellow Crohnies... This sucks.

Shay, I'm so very sorry you aren't feeling well. When I'm feeling that badly. I lay down in a quiet room and try not to move at all, just breath and concentrate on just your breath. Sometimes I would have a few seconds of no pain within each 5 minutes or so. It's worth a try.

I decided to drink hot water and watch lifetime movies.. Hopefully I can distract myself and the pain wont reside.

Sorry to hear you are in pain. Bad day for me too....thinking of taking "good " mere tonight if I can find some! Hips/back and down really sore...wonder if if is the weather ...

The weather has been crazy here in chicago... last two days its been 60+
That could be why the pain is soo bad. Never thought of that.

Hope you get some sleep tonight... and the pain is gone when you wake up.

Ahhh, Crohn's...one minute you feel fine, the next you feel like you're dying. I hope you swing toward "fine" very soon! I think smurphy's advice is very good - just lay down and relax.

To avoid being rude to people, I usually cut them off and say "I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but I'm not feeling well right now, could we talk later?". Most of the time people will understand and come back later, but if they don't get it, I just get up and walk away to curl up in a ball somewhere and/or scream/cry into my hands. Not a great way to make friends, but eh, what can you do?
