Hi Friends,
My 14 year old son has developed a horrendous rash on his face. It started about five days ago and its only getting worse! The dermatologist can't see him until four days from now.
The rash started on his forehead and its now moving down to his nose, cheeks and chin. The rash looks like tiny red bumps- almost like blisters. He says it feels hot, but its not really itchy. There are also a few bumps on his arms. I haven't been able to see anything on the internet that looks quite like it.
My son has been on remicade for Crohn's for ten months, and he is due for another infusion in five days. I have heard that rare cases of remicade induced psoriasis have occurred.
I would really appreciate hearing from anyone with any insight about this problem.
Thank you!
Hope (Colin'sMom)
