Tornado and flaring

Well tonight I woke up to a windy night and things being thrown all over the place outside and guess what my stomach decided that it wants to start having a flare right at this moment.. Sigh I'm in alot of pain and can't drive to go anywhere at this moment.. This is really sucking to have to deal with this at this particular moment... All I did was wake up and went to take birthcontrol pills so I'll have enough time between now and when I have to take the prednisone.. I don't think it's the birthcontrol since I just only took it like 5 seconds ago.. I don't no what to do, I been good for 2 months now only had little bits of tiny pains here and there but no flares like this one since December.. I hope this isn't saying that I need stronger medicine

Sorry to hear you're going through some pain. Have you tried phoning your doctor and letting them know what you're experiencing?

Did you eat anything else unusual that may have caused some symptoms to crop up? Or did you have something happen recently that caused you a lot of stress (besides the tornado - yikes!)? I know stress can get my guts all stirred up and even a larger portion of extra fibery foods can cause me flare-like symptoms.

It's been several hours since this post. Have things gotten any better/worse?
