URGENT: Colonoscopy Prep Help!

Hi!
I have taken my first litre of Moviprep, I finished it about an hour and 40minutes ago and I have only has one small fairly normal bowel movement.
Is this normal?
How long does it take to go through the system? I am a bit concerned...
I have suffered from awful constipation, going up to 4/5 days with no BM due to swelling of the tail end due to a perianal flare, could this be the problem?

My last prep was Fleet and it took 6 hours for me to have my first 'movement'!

It was only from what I remember of last time it was pretty quick. but that is a relief.
Not looking forward to adding to my swollen stomach in an hour and half, with the next litre.

I haven't done that prep but believe me you will be cleaning out real soon. Just follow the directions and drink plenty of fluids. I usually spend a lot of the night before in the bathroom.

Yeah my tummy is very swollen and ive just syarted to get some pain. I'm drinking lots of water and getting up and walking around to try and get things moving a bit.
This time tomorrow it'll all be over!

I liked Mirlax with Gatoraide myself. I feel cheated if I had to do that prep.
