Hi Everyone,

Currently I am taking calcium, bit d, multi vitamin and biotin, I take all of these with my lunch. I am about to add a bit b complex vitamin and omega 3, can I take these ones with the vitamins i am already taking? All at the same time? Or should I space it out?

Thanks!

If its practical, take the calcium at a different time than the multivitamin.

In the theoretical world. For reasons I don't remember, Magnesium and calcium should be taken at different times. If your multivitamin does not have magnesium then it should not matter.

Most everyone is deficient in magnesium, probably everyone with Crohns if they do not supplement.

In order for calcium to be used properly in the body you need to have adequate amounts of Magnesium, Vitamin D and Vitamin K2.

If I only had the choice of one mineral to supplement it would be magnesium. Its that important.

It is used for hundreds of processes in the body and yet most people are deficient. Mostly because of mineral depletion of the soil.

I currently take 500 Mg but have used more in the past. 500 Mg should be enough for most people providing it is in a more usable form.

Magnesium oxide is pretty much only good as a laxative. Magnesium citrate is a better form.

Your multivitamin may have it in it already. Mine does.
