Watch out with juicing, read first

Hello, I'm new. I read a bit about juicing here previously, namely red cabbage and carrot combined. What I did not read was the fact that you have to DILUTE cabbage juice with water, 1 part juice to 4 parts water, as cabbage (and some other vegetables are very POTENT), - hence I did not know this initially and so drank the juice full on and was SICK SICK SICK !!!!! Just dont take everything as 'read' you must do your own research widely on your own and then, at the end of the day, do what suits you.

What I am learning massively is, although there is masses of help and support out there, each intestine is an individual, and what works for someone, or someones, may not effectively work for you. Steep steeep learning curve.

Me personally, Ive spent 2 weeks trying all suggestions, but now have just reverted to eating what I've always eaten (in moderation, - even having a bit of spice, curry, but tiny amounts) and am carrying on as normal) (ish), because I got so low in mood and distressed that I just thought 'bugger it' and since I thought that and now am eating almost normally but small amounts, I am doing good. I AM ALSO USING THOUGH - which is helping ME massively, I am using Lepicol psyllim husks stuff . |Pooh getting formed now, only going twice a day, lots in the morning, sort of big clear out, but then I don't go all day til the following morning. Cramps are reduced massively and I am feeling 'Well' to a degree, at least much better than I was a week ago!!!!!
