No. Five years before I had diverticulitis they thought. But never were positive. I was in the hospital for five days and had an infection and they wouldn't let me go home till I had a BM or eat anything other than liquids.
It was miserable. Had runs and pains off and on all my life. So then Two yrs. ago I went to my PC because my stomach hurt everyday for 6 months. It was miserable too. The Dr. said IBS. But sent me for a colonoscopy again. I had one two yrs, before. This time there were two ulcers in my colon and inflamation in the ileum. So they diagnosed it as crohns because it was in both intestines. I was just fortunate they caught it this time, otherwise I'd still be suffering everytime I go out and have to worry about if there's a b.room.

I didnt have any symptoms at all and during a route blood check it discovered I had high platlets. Following that they asked if I was loosing blood which I wasnt really, just a little bright blood but figured that was normal.

I then had a camera and they discovered I had Crohn's. They said I was in denial that I had it. I truely was unsure as I was not in pain or anything.

That was 8 years ago... currently going through a flare but slowly getting better.
