My son's are white bread with smooth peanut butter, lactose free yogurt (strawberry flavored), Boost (chocolate flavored),salmon (plain and grilled) and lactose free milk with Ovaltine (or Milo).
Broths can be good too. They also have them in Gluten free. When I'm flaring even mildly just about everything bothers me. Fish, white rice, avocados, sweet potato, bananas, and beef or chicken stew are things that don't bother my mild flares.
