My fiance and I do a lot of traveling between our home in Ontario and our home in Alberta; so we're frequent flyers. For some strange reason, this time I decided to take my flanges out of their boxes and put them in a ziplock bag to transport them in my luggage (trying to find more room for shoes....lol). Well, gotta say, it sounded like a good idea at the time, but when I went to grab one today to do my appliance change, they're all bent...lol

So, if you decide to travel and need to bring a lot of supplies with you, keep them in their boxes so they don't get bent out of shape...lol

Oh no!! That's not good! Did you manage to use them ok? I guess if you heat them with a hair dryer slightly they might soften up and be more pliable?!

I always take mine out of the box when packing (I use deep convexity and there are only 10 to a box, so I would end up with my whole suitcase taken up with boxes!). I place them along the bottom of my case - or the overnight bag - then something soft on top before I put the general things in.

I just sat on one to heat it up....lol I don't have a blow dryer here in Calgary. It worked out fine, but I need to find a better way to transport them next time...lol I don't normally bring this many, so a box or two are pretty manageable in my luggage...but since we're here for 7 weeks I had to bring more than usual.
