I have been having cramps on my right side along with diarrhea and urgency. Does the right side indicate anything specific?

Where on your right side? Is it near your terminal ileum, or a previous surgery site? Is the cramping very painful?

I would say it is like a six if I was rating it. It is on the lower part of my right side.

that's where my pain always is, i have crohns in my terminal ileum.. where is your crohns located?

Mostly in the small intestine.

Lower right side would seem to indicate the terminal ileum, since that is where it is located. I can't remember Ron, if you have had previous surgery or not. The terminal ileum is the connection between the small intestine and the colon. It is the most common spot for this damned disease to appear.

I have had surgeries for fistulas. I also had an abscess drained. Six years ago, I had a resection.

Ok. The resection was probably at the terminal ileum. If so, I would think the disease has reappeared at the surgery site. I am so sorry. Get it checked out.
