What next?

My daughter has had perianal fistulas for 5 months with drainage,packing,repacking. and finally Seton placement.On Remicade and Methotrexate,Flagyl,Cipro,Entocort, and new complaints of rectal pain. Is Remicade healing up things prematurely and fistulas not draining or what? Do we need to move Setons a little ? Why is abscess coming back? Please help.

That is quite a list of meds that she is on, I take it there has been some struggles in getting the tum to settle? I'm sorry your daughter is unwell. The links Angrybird provided are very helpful - I hope you checked them out! Have you called or seen her doctor recently? It might be a good idea to see what they say about the situation.
