What to ask your doctor

I found this on the Remicade website and thought it was a really good starting block to setting up a relationship with your doctor / GI / nurse etc (even if you arent on Remicade)

Theres even a downloadable pdf which gives a bit more info and has areas for you to print off and write any questions you have
