When should indigestion be a concern?

So I've been having what I'd call horrible indigestion gas and bloating with chest and back pain and shortness of breath also upper abdoman pains it's been going on for months now and has gotten a lot better but still a problem it's like it got better to a point now it's leveled out and stayed constant like this for a long time n I know in the middle of a flare up or something of the sort could inflamation be causing such bad indigestion? I had a upper gi series recently and all they saw was inflamation and a duodenal ulcer. Anyways is indigestion normal with Crohn's and a ulcer? Should I be concerned or just wait it out it's not er pain just very annoying plus I'm starting to get a lil nauseous along with it as well?

Hi Jison. I get occasional indigestion. GI gave me something for it. Told me to elevate the head of the bed 6 inches. Mine was a result of meds. I stopped taking all the heavy ones in the evening and it went away. I'd talk to the GI doc. No needed to suffer more than necessary.

Thanks i did and he prescribed me daxilant I see a improvement but it's a very slow process!!
