Which meal caused the pain on my left. The one I ate 30 minutes ago or the one I ate 4 hours ago.

I have a feeling, its the green tea I drank with my meal 30 minutes ago.

So hard to say because of digestion rates... Best way which is also the hardest is to keep a food diary and maybe stick to one thing a day or two

What meals specifically did you eat?

Keeping a food diary that correlates with the time of day pain starts is a great way to start to track what you can and cannot tolerate while flaring.

This will vary from person to person because no two people experience symptoms the exact same way but it is general knowledge that High fiber foods (including certain vegetables) can cause tremendous pain if you are currently flaring. Also it is wise to avoid processed foods and dairy as they can aggravate symptoms with bloating, cramps and other discomforts.

Also something to consider is the rate with which food passes through your system. Food typically takes a few hours to digest but with certain flares that process could be sped up. Having a better idea of how your body digests food can also help you better pinpoint the culprit(s).
